iProtec⁺ is a program that offer 2 unique benefits such as;
  • No-questions asked (NQA) device switch.
  • Screen replacement, accidental and liquid breakage, extended warranty and battery replacement plan embedded with AppleCare Services.
This service is open to all customers purchasing a new iPhone device. To enroll on the Program, you need to:
  • Purchase a new iPhone from Apple Authorized Retail Partners.
  • You may enroll to the service plan within 30 days from the date of the new device purchase.
    The benefits of the Program include:
    • Device Switch
      You can switch your mobile device for a Like-for-Identical or Like-for-Like for any reason anytime. Simply request for a Switch and we'll deliver your preferred selection to you in exchange for the existing enrolled device.
    • Screen Replacement
      Your enrolled device will be entitled to screen replacement if you choose to repair it.
    • Full Device Repair
      You are entitled to request for full device repair from any Apple Authorized Repair Center as part of the AppleCare Services. If the device is irreparable, the device will be Switched with a like-for-identical Whole Unit Replacement.
    • Extended Warranty
      You are entitled to request for a full device repair from any Apple Authorized Repair Center as part of the AppleCare Services for any mechanical or electrical malfunction. If the device is irreparable, the device will be Switched with a like-for-identical Whole Unit Replacement.
    • Battery Replacement
      You are entitled to request for a full battery replacement at any Apple Authorized Repair Center as part of the AppleCare Services should the battery capacity fall below 80%.
    Like-for-Identical
    Switches your existing device with an identical model, i.e. same brand, model and color.
    Like-for-Like
    Provides switch like-for-like device with different color of the same brand and model, but of different color.
    No, like-for-Identical or Like for Like option only allows you to select devices within the same generation and price range
    There are 3 types of fees.
    • Product Fee – This is the Program service plan fee paid upfront at point of purchase or within 30 days from the date of purchase.
    • Switch Service Fee – Service fee payable when requesting for a Switch service. The payment is payable to bolttech.
    • Repair Service Fee – Repair Service Fee is payable upon requesting a repair service. For walk-in repair cases, the fee is payable directly to the Apple Authorized Service Provider. For Door-to-Door repair services, the fee is payable to bolttech.
