After switch request, please back up your device in advance.

How to back up with iCloud

  • Step 1

    Back up ‘your existing device’ on iCloud.

      Go to Settings > User’s name

      Connect to Wi-Fi network

      Then tap on the iCloud button

  • Step 2

    Select iCloud Backup.

      Tap on the iCloud Backup button

  • Step 3

    Select Back up Now to complete data back up.

      After selecting Back up now, please keep your Wi-Fi network on.

Recovery Data (iOS)

After receiving your new device, please progress the data backup process

How to recover the device with iCloud

  • Step 1

    Turn on ‘your new device’ and connect to Wi-Fi network.

      Turn on your device (if you have already set up a new device, select Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings, the device will then reboot and show ‘Hello’).

      Connect to Wi-Fi network.

  • Step 2

    On App or data screen, please recover from iCloud back up.

      Select [Restore from iCloud Backup] on ‘App or data screen’.

  • Step 3

    Complete your recovery.

      After login your iCloud, click the back up please wait until the recovery is finished.
